Driven by a deep commitment to improving outcomes for children with autism, Ahsaki Baptist brings a strong legal and governance background. Ahsaki has served as legal counsel for FedEx across the US and Africa. Before joining FedEx, Ahsaki was a Partner at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs in Memphis,
Tennessee.

Her professional experience spans nearly two decades and includes leadership roles in
complex, global legal environments, equipping her with the strategic insight needed to advance
organizations that serve neurodiverse children and their families. Inspired by Kalei, Ahsaki is a passionate advocate for expanding access to educational resources, therapeutic support, and inclusive opportunities for children with autism.

A proud graduate of Spelman College and the University of Mississippi School of Law, Ahsaki has held numerous leadership positions, including President of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Her board service includes the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Girl Scouts of America, Collage Dance Collective.
